We proudly present our colleague from the past, Baggie, who takes over the kitchen for a day on May 11th. With a meritorious background from Råkultur/Esperanto and Soyokaze/Soyokafe, Baggie has created a menu for the evening. The menu consists of seven dishes inspired by Japan with their high quality of raw material and craftsmanship in focus.
